PDT Alliance Affiliation Agreement On Intellectual Property Rights

Whereas:

1、Professional Digital Trunking System Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the “Alliance” or “PDT Alliance”) is a technology renovation organization, which is voluntarily constituted by several tenterprises and public institutions to develop dedicated digital trunking and digital intercom systems with independent proprietary intellectual property rights and compliance with national industrial policies.

2、PDT Alliance members are enterprises and public institutions that independently bear legal responsibility, are dedicated to trunking system domain, are dedicated to research, development, manufacture, integration, operation and service of technology, product, business and application of trunking system.

3、PDT Alliance members voluntarily join in PDT Alliance, acknowledge and obey Alliance agreements, Alliance regulations, other Alliance standards and systems, are willing to maintain fine order of PDT market and promote the sustainable development of PDT domain.
